8MM MAGNETICAL FEEDER SPACER
This magnetical spacer drastically improves pickup reliability with 2x8 and 3x8 S-SL Feeder mahine parts. This innovative tool cannot be found in the Siplace factory range.
TAPE CUTTER CONTROLLER
Designed to enhance the lifespan of the knife in S/F/HS/HF Siplace feeder machines. It is to be installed on top of the original controll panel and set to activate only 1-3-5-7-9-11-13-15-17-19 cut cycles. The unit is based on the piggy-board principle. This unit is identical with Siplace tools with the order number (Item no: 03065247-xx Tape cutter frequency controller), but the enhanced mechanical tool enables the installation on old and new cutter controllers of HS/HF machines at a compatible price.
SPLICE SENSOR
Hardware tool for Siplace Traceability and CLI system softwares which detects copper plates on the tool tape and thus enables detecting the start of a new coil and updating unit count. Fully compatible with the original Siplace (3x8mm S-Feeder Splice sensor, ItemNr. 00141206-01) sensors at a more compatible price.
